Kekaa – Warranty Registration Policy
1. Warranty Registration
- Customers must fill out the Warranty Registration Form within 7 days of receiving their product to activate the warranty.
- The warranty will only be considered valid upon successful registration within this time frame.
- The form can be accessed via the QR code or link provided with your purchase.
2. Warranty Coverage
- Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.
- Stone setting issues caused during the manufacturing process.
- Clasp or fastening malfunctions not caused by mishandling.
Note: Warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear.
- Damage due to accidents, misuse, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or water.
- Loss of gemstones due to improper handling.
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations.
3. Warranty Claim Process
- Fill in the above registration following through the instructions. Please do not forget to attach clear photos or videos showing the issue in the approprite section of the page
- Once approved, products will be repaired or replaced as per the brand’s discretion.
- Handling charges will be Rs. 250/- for any polishing and repair on eligible products
4. Additional Terms
- Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
- Warranty claims are processed within 7–14 working days after inspection.
- Shipping charges for sending the product to our service center are borne by the customer; return shipping is covered by us.
