Kekaa – Warranty Registration Policy


1. Warranty Registration

  • Customers must fill out the Warranty Registration Form within 7 days of receiving their product to activate the warranty.
  • The warranty will only be considered valid upon successful registration within this time frame.
  • The form can be accessed via the QR code or link provided with your purchase.

2. Warranty Coverage

  • Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.
  • Stone setting issues caused during the manufacturing process.
  • Clasp or fastening malfunctions not caused by mishandling.

Note: Warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear.
  • Damage due to accidents, misuse, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or water.
  • Loss of gemstones due to improper handling.
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations.

3. Warranty Claim Process

  • Fill in the above registration following through the instructions. Please do not forget to attach clear photos or videos showing the issue in the approprite section of the page
  • Once approved, products will be repaired or replaced as per the brand’s discretion.
  • Handling charges will be Rs. 250/- for any polishing and repair on eligible products

4. Additional Terms

  • Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
  • Warranty claims are processed within 7–14 working days after inspection.
  • Shipping charges for sending the product to our service center are borne by the customer; return shipping is covered by us.
